Code of Conduct - Codice di comportamento
Tutti i partecipanti, speaker, sponsor e volontari delle nostre conferenze sono tenuti a rispettare questo codice di comportamento. Gli organizzatori faranno rispettare questo codice durante tutte l'evento. Ci aspettiamo cooperazione da parte di tutti i partecipanti, al fine di garantire un ambiente sano per tutti.
Le molestie includono commenti offensivi circa sesso, orientamento sessuale, età, pratica sessuali, disabilità, aspetto fisico, corpo, razza, etnia, religione, scelte tecnologiche, immagini sessuali in spazi pubblichi, intidimidazioni deliberate, stalking, registrazioni o foto a scopo di molestie, abuso verbale o altri abusi, contatto fisico non richiesto e attenzioni sessuali non richieste.
Tutti i partecipanti sono tenuti a fermare le loro attività riconducibili alle molestie.
Gli sponsor sono tenuti a rispettare questa stessa policy. In particolare, gli sponsor non possono utilizzare immagine, attività o altro materiale riconducibili a discriminazioni di natura sessuale. Lo staff ai booth, inclusi i volontari, non possono utilizzare abbigliamento/uniformi/costumi di natura sessuale, nè creare un ambiente di questo tipo.
Se un partecipante è parte attiva di molestie, gli organizzatori possono prendere azioni che ritengono appropriate, incluso l'avviso o l'espulsione dalla conferenza, senza rimborsi.
Se sei oggetto di molestie, ti accorgi che qualcuno è oggetto di molestie, o hai qualsiasi altro dubbio in merito, per cortesia contatta un membro dello staff immediatamente.
Ci aspettiamo dai partecipanti un'osservanza di queste regole a tutti i nostri eventi, prima, durante e dopo gli stessi.

Crediamo che tutti i membri della comunità tecnica siano egualmente importanti.
Siamo parte di una comunità tecnica nella quale apprezziamo un network eterogeneo, condividendo ed imparando reciprocamente:
- indipendentemente dall'età,
- indipendentemente dal colore della pelle,
- indipendentemente dalla etnia,
- indipendentemente dalla religione e/o dal credo,
- indipendentemente dal livello di abilità o disabilità,
- indipendentemente dal genere,
- indipendentemente dall'orientamente sessuale,
- indipendentemente dalla razza,
- indipendentemente dalla nazionalità.
Siamo parte di una comunità tecnica eterogenea nella quale siamo tutti individui con differenze, ma della quale siamo tutti membri e nella quale chiunque può imparare dagli altri.
English version - Code of Conduct
All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organisers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.Sponsors are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, sponsors should not use sexualised images, activities, or other material. Booth staff (including volunteers) should not use sexualised clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualised environment.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organisers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of conference staff immediately.
We expect participants to follow these rules at conference venues and conference-related social events.
